Workspace quotas for CloudWorks service
In this release we limited the CloudWorks quotas displayed in Workspace first page to the following: Number of Virtual Servers, CPU Cores, RAM, Storage, IP Addresses and Total IOPs. The full list of quotas is displayed by selecting the link ‘view all quotas’.

Adding external links in Storefront Workspace for managing CPSM services
For the service providers that use CPSM, we implemented the functionality to add in Storefront Workspace links that will redirect the customer administrator to CPSM pages for configuring their services. Up to now a customer administrator could, through Workspace, create users and provision / de-provision services to them but he couldn’t complete other configuration tasks such as creating public folders for his Exchange service. By adding in Workspace links that redirect the customer administrator to CPSM internal pages (in Single-Sing-On mode), the administrator can have Workspace as the reference point for configuring his services from end-to-end.
For the service provider to define the external links per CPSM service, he should go to BSS Setup > Billing Products > Product Types and locate the appropriate product type. In product type details page, a new tab called “External Links” has been added for the service provider to define the list of service’s external links. For each link he must define a description and the URL of the link.
These links will be visible to Workspace if the logged in user has purchased the specific service. By clicking a link, the system will automatically login the user to CPSM and will load the selected page.

Enhancements to Hyper-V Service Manager
In this release we enhanced our Hyper-V service manager to support the following IaaS offerings:
- Hyper-V Predefined Packages. The product manager can create predefined packages of resources (computing power, memory, storage, IP address, IOPs) for the customers to purchase. The customer can then use its dedicated pool of resources for creating virtual machines on demand, as well as change their configuration by re-allocating or moving available resources from their pool. The management of the virtual machines is performed in Storefront’s Workspace.
- Hyper-V Virtual Servers. In this case the customer does not buy a pool of resources but rather a single virtual machine that is auto-provisioned during checkout. The customer selects VM’s resources (Operating System, computing power, memory, storage, IP address, IOPs) and the system creates the virtual machine upon checkout completion. The created VM is ‘related’ with the correspondent subscription the system created for billing it. For cancelling the virtual machine, the customer must cancel the related subscription. Analogous, for allocating more resources to VM the user must buy add-on resources for the related subscription. The VM is visible in Storefront’s Workspace and the user can perform power operations such reboot / shut down from inside Workspace.
Support for Storage Add-on for Exchange 2013 Service
In this release we enhanced our Hosted Exchange 2013 service manager to support allocation of extra storage to existing mail boxes. Up to now for increasing the storage of a mailbox you should allocate a different plan. Now you can create a storage add-on that when will be applied to an existing mailbox will increase mailbox size without affecting the rest parameters of the allocated plan.
